We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our team in the HR services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for information technology positions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract qualified talent. 💼
• Manage the selection process, from posting job offers to onboarding new employees. 📋
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and staffing needs. 🤝
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments. 🎤
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and job boards. 🎓
• Utilize social media and recruitment platforms to promote open positions. 🌐
• Maintain a record and tracking of candidates in the candidate management system. 🗂️

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector. 📈
